Your Project is our Mission

We are a small private firm located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Our focus is set on Software Development and Digital Advertising projects executed by Argentina teams for clients both local and abroad. Teams and individual professionals are selected from a network built and nurtured through years of work and involvement in the local business ecosystem to meet requirements of performance, reliability, and transparency that we set. Our involvement in projects may start as early as during the Inception or Initiation stage, or as late as in the Executing phase when problems arise. We have designed a set of services that cover different needs along the Project lifecycle.

Team Augmentation

We find, select and appoint one or more professionals who will work as part of your existing team. Depending on your needs and requirements, we can take over all Project Management tasks or leave those to you.

Full Offshoring

For clients who do not have a technical team in house. All technical tasks necessary to reach your goals are carried on by the team we provide. We will define and follow a Project Management Plan to systematize the project work.

Project Rescue

This service is provided to manage a project that has already started. The goal is to set a project back on track by means of Project Management techniques that focus on current issues but integrate all aspects of the project.

Project Feasibility

This service is provided to help analyzing a future project being considered. It is suggested for a company or start-up that needs help defining requirements, risks and constraints among other elements
